Although I really enjoyed my years in Utah, there are a couple of things I won't miss and I don't think I will EVER miss at all. Among those things are the crappy radio stations and not having quality concerts. When I was a freshman at BYU, I would go to punk shows at small venues but that was it. I think the biggest concert I went to, was Incubus in 2002. Then Hoobastank in 2003. And just last year I had the privilege of seeing the one and only Peruvian diva, Eva Ayllon. That was historic. There would be artists coming in the summer, but I'd be usually gone visiting family in Orlando, SF, or I was out of the country for some reason. Thankfully, we were close to Vegas. That allowed me to fulfill my dream of seeing Mana in 2004 and the Jabbawockeez in 2010.
Anyway, after I updated my info on my ticketmaster account, I received an email with the events coming up in my new location. Seeing more than one artist I wanted to see, made me quite giddy. So here are my very favorite ones and their upcoming shows:

JUANES

I've been wanting to see him since "A Dios Le Pido" came out back in the day when I was 17. Hopefully this will be it! |

It's only missing Nsync! But it's ok, I saw them like 4 times when I was a teenybopper. Now as an adult, I can actually go to a BSB concert and not feel like a traitor. Ha!
The Cast of Glee

So about a month ago I decided to watch an episode on Hulu after seeing so many facebook postings praising the show or people admitting their addiction. Is it really that good? I saw the episode "The Substitute" and I was hooked on the music. I'm trying to familiarize myself with the storyline but to be honest, I don't care much about it. I mean it's funny and a little too exaggerated about high school drama, but it's the music and performances that have me hooked. Those kids have serious musical talent...and they can dance too.
U2 - 360 TOUR
M and T Bank Stadium
Baltimore, MD

It will be a dream to see Bono perform live for once and for all. I know my daddy will be proud of me for going, and I look forward to the day when I can tell my children I saw U2, the legend, LIVE. |
Now...it's time to save up! or stick to one. or two. or three? Which one (or ones) would YOU pick?
This is too hard. hehehe
